Bridal Fittings & Scheduling

We recommend booking your fitting appointment at least 2 months before your wedding date. For the best experience, we suggest scheduling your first fitting no later than 1.2 months in advance, based on your wedding timeline.

Fitting Appointments
Bridal fittings are by appointment only. We prefer not to accept walk-ins for bridal fittings. To schedule an appointment, please fill out our contact form or email us at aystailorllc@gmail.com. Due to high demand, we schedule only one bridal fitting per day.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us in advance. Missing your first fitting may result in the cancellation of future appointments. A fee of $25 applies for missed follow-up fittings.

Kindly be aware that a $100 at-home service fee applies. This fee is non-refundable and does not include any alteration costs.

What to Bring & Fitting Process

For precise alterations, please bring:
✔ The shoes you will wear on your wedding day (or a similar pair with the same height)
✔ Proper undergarments (e.g., corset, shapewear)

Most bridal gowns require 3 fittings, depending on the design and complexity of the alterations:

First Fitting: Your gown will be carefully examined, pinned, and adjusted for a perfect fit.
Second Fitting: Alterations will be nearly complete, and full payment will be required at this stage.
Final Fitting: Last adjustments will be made. If your gown has a bustle or train, we recommend bringing someone to learn how to fasten it properly.

After the final fitting, your gown will be steamed and packaged, ready for pickup in approximately 7 days. Orders must be collected within 30 days after the pickup notification.
